Holiday Happenings: Shabbat

Description

Join us for a professional learning series celebrating the richness of the Jewish calendar while deepening our approach to educational design. Each session will center on an upcoming holiday—inviting participants to reflect, create, and collaborate as we build Enduring Understandings and explore multi-modal strategies to engage learners of all ages.

Together, we’ll translate the spirit of each holiday into meaningful, lasting takeaways for our learners and communities.

How can we help families make Shabbat a meaningful and joyful part of their lives? This session will allow us to explore creative, accessible, and engaging ways to observe and celebrate Erev Shabbat both at home and as a community. Together, participants will consider how Friday evening can become an opportunity for families and communities to pause, connect, celebrate, and create meaningful Jewish moments.
