ARJE Mentor Application

The ARJE Mentoring Program is a collaborative initiative that brings together experienced educators and newer educators . It offers newer educators a supportive partner to explore challenging questions, address areas of professional growth, and develop a collegial relationship with a fellow professional in a similar field.  For experienced educators, it provides a platform to share their knowledge and contribute to the growth of their peers. Mentors will gather regularly for professional development, training, and reflection.

Mentor Requirements:

  • ARJE Educator in good standing
  • In your current role over 6 years
  • Able to commit to regular communication and meeting with your mentor
  • Able to participate in training in November, 2024 and at least quarterly mentor reflection and professional development training.

It is our hope that ARJE mentors and mentees will meet in person January 22, 2025 in Chicagoland at our annual gathering. It is not a requirement of participation.
