This fall, ARJE and Bay Area-based Jewish LearningWorks are proud to partner on a NEW coaching network for congregational educators! Open to those with 2-7 years of experience in a Jewish educational leadership role, and facilitated by ARJE members and expert coaches Michelle Lynn-Sachs, RJE, and Tamara Gropper, our first two small-group cohorts will launch in September 2025.

- Developing educational vision
- Staff supervision and retention
- Effective communication with colleagues, parents and community members
- Managing up to create generative partnerships
- Finding enhanced confidence in your work
Participant Qualifications:
