Join us for ARJE’s Leadership Boot Camp.

Connect with current leaders and learn about their varied paths to leadership.

Learn about the ARJE budget and volunteer leadership structure.

Expand your ability to lead meetings, bring an idea to life, and hold people accountable.

Reflect on your strengths as a leader and spend time with colleagues who will celebrate your skills and encourage your advancement.

This program is open to all ARJE members including existing leaders, individuals who want to learn more about volunteering and leading the ARJE, and educators who want to strengthen their leadership skills and mindsets.

Schedule:

ARJE Leadership Boot Camp will begin at 12pm on January 24 and conclude at 5pm. The program will include:

Lunch and Community Building
An introduction to ARJE volunteer structures and systems
Text Study on ARJE Values, Mission and Vision
Training on leadership skillsets and mindsets

Hotel room subsidies for Saturday night are available.
